Integration
PCI-PAL has been developed with the client in mind. As a result the integration process is simple, with several options depending on the environment. There are 3 stages to integration:
The PCI-PAL Agent Module

The PCI-PAL module exists within a secure web page which can be populated using a web link either accessed by your agent manually, or more likely, automated by your contact centre software. If a separate pop up will not suit your environment , our implementations team will support you in creating an iFrame in your existing system where the PCI-PAL modules can be embedded. The look and feel of the modules can be moulded to fit with your existing system design. Below is a basic example of how one may appear:
Payment Service Provider
The PCI-PAL processing core exists within the PCI-PAL network. The network reads DTMF tones emanated by callers’ keypad depressions. The network instantly encrypts the received data and securing transmits to a chosen payment service provider. PCI-PAL does not retain any sensitive credit card data within the network.
All of the major payment providers allow integration with 3rd party systems, and with our experience as a contact centre software provider, we have indeed carried out many such integrations before. Our implementations consultants will integrate your
PCI-PAL core with your payment service provider so that there is no operational change to the way that your process transactions. The only changes are the improvements you make to the way details are taken prior to processing.
Some clients use several payment service providers for different products, or lines of service. Usually providers are differentiated within the call centre by use of a different script, or agent system. PCI-PAL can be configured to look out for these differentials and send card data across a range of providers.
Telephone Numbers

A key element to implementing the PCI-PAL product is the integration of your telephone numbers into our network. We have found that a majority of call centres receive calls through a range of non-geographic (0800 / 0845) or geographic (01 /02) network numbers.
In order to use PCI-PAL, all calls where payments are taken must run through our network. As such, we would port your existing numbers to our network or provide new numbers.
